For over three decades Joe Dinolfo has been tearing apart perfectly good aircraft and then months later returning them to service. Each time he crosses his fingers and hopes for the best. Most have been successful… those that haven’t… well… In any case, he offers a 1% refund to all living customers who are dissatisfied with his work! So far there have been no takers of which we are aware. When asked what the secret to this success has been we were informed that the last guy who asked that is no longer asking anything. Not everyone at Hawk Aircraft Services is lucky enough to have Joe's good looks... but we hire them anyway! Oscar is a great example of that.
